Advertiser Code of Conduct

Effective Date: 12 / 17 / 2025

This Advertiser Code of Conduct (“Code”) governs all advertisers, businesses, and individuals (“Advertisers”) who submit listings, advertisements, or promotional content to LVdirect.Vegas (“LVdirect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By advertising on LVdirect.Vegas, you agree to comply with this Code, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

  • Truthful & Accurate Advertising

    Advertisers must ensure that all submitted content is: Truthful, accurate, and not misleading, Clearly representative of the actual business, product, or service offered, Free from false claims, deceptive pricing, or exaggerated results, Misrepresentation of any kind is strictly prohibited.

    • Legal & Regulatory Compliance

      Advertisers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state (Nevada), and federal laws, including but not limited to: Business licensing and registration requirements, Advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure laws, Industry-specific regulations (e.g., healthcare, legal, financial services, gaming, cannabis, adult services, etc.), LVdirect.Vegas does not verify licenses or legal compliance unless explicitly stated.

      • Prohibited Content & Services

        The following are strictly prohibited: Fraudulent, scam-related, or deceptive offers, Impersonation of another business or individual, Illegal products or services, Phishing links, malware, spyware, or harmful code, Hate speech, harassment, threats, or abusive content, Copyright or trademark infringement, False guarantees, fake reviews, or manipulated ratings, LVdirect.Vegas reserves the right to determine prohibited content at its sole discretion.

        • Accurate Business Representation

          Advertisers must: Use their legal business name or registered DBA, Provide valid contact information, Not misrepresent location, ownership, affiliations, or credentials, Virtual, mobile, or home-based businesses must clearly disclose their operating nature where applicable.

          • Ethical Marketing Practices

            Advertisers may not: Use bait-and-switch tactics, Collect user data through deceptive means, Misuse LVdirect.Vegas branding or imply endorsement, Redirect users to unrelated or misleading websites.

            • User Interaction & Conduct

              Advertisers must conduct themselves professionally when interacting with users, including: Honest communication, No harassment, pressure tactics, or intimidation, Respect for user privacy and consent

              • Content Review & Enforcement

                LVdirect.Vegas reserves the right to: Review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove advertisements or listings, Request verification or clarification of submitted information, Suspend or terminate advertiser accounts for violations, Enforcement actions may occur with or without notice.

                • No Guarantee of Placement or Results

                  Advertising placement, visibility, and performance are not guaranteed. LVdirect.Vegas does not promise leads, sales, or specific outcomes.

                  • Indemnification

                    Advertisers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LVdirect.Vegas from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from: Advertiser content or conduct, Violations of this Code or applicable laws, Disputes between advertisers and users

                    • Reporting Violations

                      Users and advertisers may report suspected violations of this Code via:

                        LVdirect.Vegas may modify this Code at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued advertising constitutes acceptance of the updated Code.
